The houses are fully air-conditioned with:
2 independent bedrooms.
You will benefit on a wooded area, a private parking, a swimming pool heated from March to the end of May and from September to the end of November.
During the booking, a deposit of 30% will be requested with the signature of the contract, then the difference the day of the delivery of the keys.
Upon your arrival at the place of the rental, a deposit of 800 € will be asked, this deposit will be refunded, provided that the precedent conditions have been met and that no degradation is found.
Included in the rates: local tax; the provision of the linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels); wifi ; car park.
Not Included in the rates: Supplement for final cleaning: 150 €
